Shipping Methods
We ship globally to meet your project timelines. All shipments are handled through trusted international carriers.
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
3–7 business days worldwide. Best for samples and urgent orders. Tracking provided with every shipment.
Air Freight
10–15 business days. Cost-effective for batch orders over 20 kg. Door-to-door service available.
Sea Freight
25–40 days by sea. Most economical option for large orders or container shipments. FCL and LCL options available.
Packaging
All parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Individual parts wrapped in anti-corrosion paper
- Foam or bubble wrap cushioning
- Sturdy outer carton or wooden crate for heavy items
- QC inspection stamp on each package
- Packing list included with every shipment
Documentation
We provide all necessary export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice (CI)
- Packing List (PL)
- Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
- CMM inspection report (upon request)
- Material certificates (upon request)
Shipping Terms
We support the following Incoterms:
- FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou — You arrange shipping with your own forwarder
- CIF — We arrange shipping to your destination port
- DDP — Delivered duty paid to your door (all taxes and duties included)

Production Lead Time
- Prototype / Sample: 3–7 days
- Small batch (10–50 pcs): 7–14 days
- Production (100+ pcs): 2–3 weeks
Exact lead time is confirmed after reviewing your drawings.
Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring shipments over $500 USD. In the rare event of loss or damage, we will assist with claims and provide all necessary documentation.
