Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotation & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to changes based on material costs, exchange rates, and order volume. A 50% deposit is required to start production.

3. Orders & Production

Orders begin only after written approval of the quotation and receipt of the deposit. Once production starts, changes to the order may not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Drawings & Technical Files

Customer drawings and files are used solely for fulfilling the order. We treat all technical information as confidential. We do not claim ownership of any designs provided by the buyer.

5. Quality & Inspection

Every part is inspected before shipment. Standard tolerance is ±0.01mm unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the buyer requires additional inspection or testing (CMM reports, PPAP, etc.), this must be requested before production begins and may involve additional costs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Shipping costs are the buyer responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment

We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to start production; the balance is due before shipment. For orders over $5,000 USD, we may require a different payment structure agreed upon in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical documents provided by the buyer remain the property of the buyer. We do not share, reproduce, or use buyer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the order. We are happy to sign NDAs before reviewing sensitive projects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or cost of substitute products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
